The Founder
I'm David Corfield — executive coach, writer, and serial social entrepreneur.
After five years in strategy consulting and another five coaching high performers, I saw the same thing again and again: people who had achieved so much, yet felt disconnected from what made life meaningful. I started writing about it on What Future World?, and eventually realised I needed to do more than write.
I needed to scale my practice.
Original Position is my answer: a Socratic AI advisor, built with the care and depth of a one-to-one coaching relationship. It’s not perfect. But it’s nearly as good as me — and always there when you need it.
