OPDAF Member Agreement

The Original Position Donor-Advised Fund Member Agreement isn’t published yet.

The Pilot Program User Agreement refers to it because opening a Fund will require accepting it separately. Opening a Fund is optional, and no participant has been asked to agree to these terms. If you do not open a Fund, the OPDAF provisions do not apply to you.
